We may request and store your email address. This lets us send you an authorization code during the download process and prevents other people from "spamming" your phone. We will only use your e-mail address for the purpose for which you provided it and it will not be added to a mailing list - unless you have given specific permission as part of a requested service. Your e-mail address is confidential. We will not use or disclose your e-mail address to any third party without your explicit consent, nor will you get any unsolicited bulk e-mail (also known as "spam") with any commercial offers or advertisements. |
Phone Number policy |
We request and store the phone number of the mobile phone to which you will download and install Nomad. This is required as part of the download mechanism and as part of the Nomad End User Licensing Agreement scheme. Your mobile phone number will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any call or messaging list - unless you have given specific permission as part of a requested service. Your mobile phone number is confidential. We will not use or disclose your mobile phone number to any third party without your explicit consent, nor will you get any unsolicited contacts with any commercial offers or advertisements. |
Download timestamp policy |
We record the date and time of the download. We record this information to implement a download "window of opportunity", i.e., unless you download Nomad within a certain time, you will have to restart the process. |
Installation timestamp policy |
Once successfully installed, your mobile phone will send us the date and time of installation. We record this date/time information as part of the licensing requirement. |
Uninstall timestamp policy |
Should you uninstall Nomad, your mobile phone may send us the date and time of deltaion. We record this date/time information as part of the licensing requirement. |
Mobile phone cookie policy |
The Java Application Manager on your mobile phone may store a cookie. However, this cookie will only contain licensing related information. |
Type of phone policy |
During download, we may record the type of your phone. We do this to ensure that a compatible version of the application software is sent to you. |
Timetable version policy |
We may record your chosen timetables together with version information. We will use this information to notify you via Naomd, send an email, or transmit an SMS text message to your phone to notify you of any subsequent amendment. |
Law enforcement policy |
We will not attempt to identify users or their download activities except in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect our records. Note that we may conduct security audits to identify unusual download and installation patterns. |
Business analysis policy |
We may conduct business analysis to determine usage, etc. No personal information will be included in the results. |
